Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal Alison Sweeney, who portrays Salem’s favorite bad girl, Samantha “Sami” Brady DiMera is on her way back to Salem and her first airdate is Thursday, August 23.There has been much speculation among viewers of the NBC soap opera about whether Sami’s reasoning behind not returning for her mother, Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) is she is pregnant with Rafe Hernandez’ (Galen Gering) baby.

DOOL sources only tease that in true Sami fashion, her return will be filled with drama!Days of Our Lives spoilers tease the last time we saw Sami was December 2017. Her last visit was definitely an emotional roller coaster as she learned her son, Will Horton (Chandler Massey) was still alive, but after using a very unconventional way attempting to restore Will’s memories.

She was shunned by most of her loved ones for reenacting the entire scene where Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) had strangled Will to “death.” When Will rejected Sami for her outrageous behavior and insisted Sami wasn’t his mother; she sought comfort in Rafe’s arms and bed.Alison Sweeney confirms she is involved in an extended storyline, which will make DOOL fans extremely happy.

If Sami is pregnant, she could ruin everything between Rafe and his fiance, Hope Williams (Kristian Alfonso), who also happens to be her aunt!DOOL sources show Martha Madison (Belle Black Brady) and Brandon Beemer (Shawn D. Brady) are headed back to Salem as well. Belle and Sami have a long and tense history, could the sisters be in for more drama?
