Days of Our Lives News: Greg Vaughan Scores A New Gig

“Days of Our Lives’” Eric Brady, Greg Vaughan reprised his role as Billy in UPTV’s “A Very Country Wedding,” which is a sequel to “A Very Country Christmas.”

The movie picks up where the movie left off between the two main characters, Jeanette (Bea Santos) and Zane (Greston Holt) back in 2017. A very country wedding already premiered in May. However, its encore airings are set for July 12, July 16, and August 10 on UPtv.

The first movie, “A Very Country Christmas,” revolved around the love story between Jeannette and country music star, Zane. The couple first met when Zane returned home for a brief getaway, far from the busy and hectic life of being a star. The movie ended with Jeanette and Zane’s wedding getting postponed due to some conflict in his tour schedule.

The cliffhanger has left fans wondering if the couple is still together while some speculated that Zane has had a chance encounter with another beauty. The movie was written by Patrick McBrearty, who also penned “From Friend to Fiance,” which stars Kelly Kruger and Ryan Paevey.

In the sequel “A Very Country Wedding,” fans will finally know what happened between Jeannette and Zane. They are bound to face a lot of problems, which they need to overcome if they are serious in getting married. Other cast members include Mya Michaels as a minister, Deana Carter as Jolene and Greg Vaughan as Billy.

Greg Vaughan is an American actor and former fashion model who is known not only for his role as Eric Brady in “Days of Our Lives” but also for his performances on “The Young and The Restless” as Diego Gutierrez from 2002 to 2003 and “General Hospital” as Lucky Spencer from 2003 to 2009.

Vaughan started with modeling, and he worked for big brands like Giorgio Armani, Gianni Versace, Tommy Hilfiger, Banana Republic, and Ralph Lauren. He then moved to Los Angeles when he realized that he wanted more aside from modeling.

He landed his first role on “Baywatch” and “Malibu Shores,” which lead to his appearances on “Beverly Hills, 90210.” He also took a regular role in the second season of “Charmed.” His other TV credits include “Extant” and “Queen Sugar.”
