“Days of Our Lives” actress Marci Miller announced the birth of her first child with her husband, Ryan Matteson in an Instagram post. Miller, known as Abigail Deveraux on the NBC soap opera, and Ryan welcomed a baby girl and the actress shared black and white photos of their newborn.

In her post, she said, “And just like that, we see in colors that we never knew existed.” The actress added, “Willett (Willie) James Matteson interrupted her parents’ game of blackjack at a mountain casino to be born March 13th in the midst of a blizzard. She has us over the moon.”

Matteson was also excited to share the birth of their little bundle of joy. Unlike his wife, he shared colored photos of his wife and baby on Instagram with the caption, “My heart could not be larger.”

“Our little 6 lb., 10 oz., Willett James Matteson joined us air breathers on March 13 during a Denver white-out blizzard,” he added. “Mom and Dad are ecstatic and tired,” he continued.
