Days of Our Lives News: Patrika Darbo Reprises Role in DOOL App’s Last Blast Reunion

Patrika Darbo is set to reprise her role as Nancy Wesley in the DOOL App’s “Last Blast Reunion.” The series is scheduled to air on November 29. Fans can expect to see Chloe’s mom hang around once the crew reunites in New York City.

Other Characters Return, Too

Other actors who are set to make a comeback include Brandon Beemer as (Shawn Brady), Martha Madison as Belle Black, Heather Lindell as Jan Spears, Aaron Van Wagner as Jason Welles, Nadia Bjorlin as Chloe Lane and Lindsay Hollistar as Susan Adamson. Unfortunately, Farah Fath won’t be able to play the role of Mimi Lockhart due to a scheduling conflict. The show has decided to recast Theressa Liane for the said role. The role of Kevin Lambert will be taken over by Chadwick Hopson from Brett Lawrence and Robert Benvenisti.

It’s also been announced that Jay Kenneth Johnson, who portrayed the role of Philip Kiriakis is returning for the DOOL app series. Bjorlin expressed her excitement in reconnecting with her longtime co-star.

“It brought up a lot of nostalgic, lovely memories. He looks the same except now he’s all grown up. I mean, we all are….It also was kind of like riding a bicycle,” she said.

“First day working I was like, ‘What is this gonna be like?’ And then it was just that instant kind of fun thing we’ve always had, that little spark and that little flirtation. It was cool,” she continued.

New Episodes Every Thursday

New episodes will air every Thursday following the November 29 premiere and this will continue for seven weeks. Each episode will run for about 7 to 10 minutes. Viewers can also catch the episodes on the NBC app and NBC.com a week after being aired on The DOOL App.

The Revival of.Com Cafe

“Last Blast Reunion,” which was written by “Days of Our Lives” head writer Ron Carlivati, centers on the story of Belle and Chloe, who find out that their old friend Kevin has reopened the .Com Café in New York, which looks a lot like the café where they used to gather almost two decades ago.

When the trio get together, they come up with “Last Blast Crew” reunion plan. A week after, they will be joined by other friends including Susan, Shawn, and Mimi. Jan and Jason will soon join in the reunion.
