Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – What Is ‘The Mourning Hour’ About?

According to the movie website, it centers around a woman named Virginia Blake (Shevaun Kastl). Set in the 1950s, Virginia learns about the death of her husband, played by Barash. The woman ends up going on an emotional and psychological journey of reawakening as a result of the tragic news.

The Days of Our Lives actor is also a producer of the film, as well as one of the cast members. He opens up about supporting independent films. According to Soap Opera News, the DOOL star explained,

“I love supporting Independent Films. You really get to get in there and explore these characters and these relationships from all sides. Shevaun wrote a great script. The story that came out of her soul was beautifully poignant. Our director – Susan Cohen – was beyond brilliant and I got to meet and work with one of my favorite character actors – Robert Knepper. So it was a lot of fun.” The tagline of the movie teases, “What is the measure of a life?”
