Days Of Our Lives News: What Is Robin Strasser’s Status? What You Need To Know!

Viewers of “Days of Our Lives” recently saw the character Vivian Alamain take on a new face after the Emmy Award winner Robin Strasser took over the role from Louise Sorel. The actress hinted as she engaged with fans on social media about her status on the show.

Fans know Strasser from her notable roles on “One Life to Live” as Dorian and “Another World” as Rachel Davis. Vivian Alamain is a character that’s already been made famous by Sorel. The latter wasn’t given enough advance notice on her return to Salem and that’s why she had to pass on the opportunity to reprise her role. After Strasser’s recent stint as Vivian, fans ware wanting to know if she’ll ever return to Salem.

The actress revealed her current status on “Days of Our Lives” in a recent post on Twitter. The actress said: “btw #DAYS won’t be using me as #Vivian again-#CordayHasABetterWay & I’m so OK:)”

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Is A Recast In The Works For Vivian Alamain?

Strasser worked with “Days of Our Lives” head writer Ron Carlivati back on “One Life To Live.” Additionally, there’s no word yet if Sorel will reprise her role as Vivian or if the show will recast the role again.

If the show opts for to hire another actress, it would be the fourth to take on the role. Aside from Strasser and Sorel, Marj Dusay also played the role briefly back in 1993. Although Strasser did really well in portraying the character, some fans still missed Sorel’s version of Vivian.

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers for October 17 tease that Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) will lash out when she runs into Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) and Kate will wonder what’s the cause of her overreaction.

Hope’s loved ones will be worried about her mental state, something that Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) is responsible for. She’ll be back on the DiMera masion and she’ll be searching for something. All these will happen as the show sets up a Princess Gina storyline for her.

Other spoilers hint that Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) will get in touch with Abe Carver (James Reynolds) following the troublesome mayoral race. Meanwhile, Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will awaken following her transplant surgery.
