Days of Our Lives Preview Week of Jan 12: Sophia’s Scheme, Leo’s Risky Deal, Liam’s Injury

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for the week of January 12, 2026. It shows Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) manipulating Rachel Black (Alice Halsey). Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) turns to Gwen Rizczech von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien) for help.

Jeremy Horton Fumes

Let’s start off with Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark), who fumes. Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) is tired of always looking over her shoulder. They need to know who is stalking them and why. Stephanie decides they should publish their engagement news.

Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will think this is a terrible idea. However, if Stephanie is watched very carefully, they could finally identify the stalker.

The preview clip shows Jeremy fuming over the engagement news. However, that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s him doing the stalking.

Sophia Choi’s Scheme

Over at Bayview, Sophia comes up with a new scheme, but needs some help. That is where Rachel comes in.

The little girl doesn’t want to help Sophia with this, she just wanted a friend in there. However, Sophia likely threatens the little girl.

There is a scene showing Rachel holding a lot of money. Then, Rachel hides in Sophia’s bed so she can sneak out. 

There is also Ari Horton (Marissa Reyes), who recognizes Sophia in her stalker outfit. Could Sophia have been the stalker all along? If so, why on Earth would she target Stephanie and Alex?

Sarah Horton Suspicious

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that the preview clip shows Liam in a hospital room with Sarah  Horton (Linsey Godfrey).

There is a child sitting on the hospital bed, but it’s not clear who it is. Liam mentioned having a little girl, but I was picturing a baby.

Sarah asks Liam what happened to his hand. However, he starts getting nervous and says it’s nothing.

Sarah probably lets Liam go, but she might report her suspicions to Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans). It’s not the injury that makes Sarah suspicious; it’s Liam not letting a doctor look at it.

Leo Stark’s Desperate Deal

As for Leo, Dimitri von Leuschner’s (Peter Porte) return is ruining his life! Leo turns to Gwen for help. The young man asks Gwen to make Dimitri disappear again. In exchange, Gwen will stay silent.
