Let’s start from the beginning. The preview clip begins with Rachel in court, seated beside her mother. While Rachel holds Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) hand, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) sits behind him. Then, the judge makes her decision.
As Rachel gives an emotional embrace to Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), Kristen stands nearby. We can hear the judge saying, “I will rule on the second request at its conclusion.” It sounds like Rachel might have to go back to Bayview until a doctor determines she’s no longer a danger.
Gabi Hernandez’s Guilt
Over with Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez), she sits on a park bench with Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier). The man declares that this is one of the reasons why he loves her.

However, Gabi looks pretty guilt-stricken. It might be time for her to get honest with Philip before this romance goes any further.

Holly Jonas’ Tox Screen
Over at the doctor’s office, Holly and Tate Black (Leo Howard) meet with the gynecologist. The doctor didn’t think the birth control pills were the problem. She switched the brand just in case, but also did some blood work.
The results are quite surprising. Tate and Holly want to know why the blood test would show antipsychotics.
Adoption Thwarted
Just as Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) are getting ready for the finalized adoption, there is a curveball. Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) says the court needs to hear from one more person. Then, Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) walks in!
