Days Of Our Lives Preview Week of May 4: Sophia Ambushes Kristen, Amy’s Devastation, Joy & Alex’s Date

Days of Our Lives spoilers state the preview video for the week of May 4-8 has been released. Fans can expect to see Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) ambush Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), while Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson) is devastated.

Plus, Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) meet up. Find out more about what’s set to unfold next week in Salem, below.

Jada Hunter’s Bad News

The Days of Our Lives promo for the week of May 4 opens with Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) escorting Amy into the police interrogation room. Amy asks Jada why she’s there and what news she has that couldn’t be said over the phone.

This is when the police commissioner tells the mom, “There is a possibility that the blood could be a match for Sophia.” Amy stares at Jada with a sad face.

Meanwhile, at Brady’s Pub, co-parents Alex and Joy share a lunch date. Alex says, “So you’re saying, you want to stay?” Joy replies, “I do!” Looks like it’s official: Joy is staying in Salem! Well, for now, anyway. As Alex is the bio-dad to Kesley, this is good news.

EJ DiMera’s Accusation

Over at the DiMera mansion, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will once again get into it with his sister Kristen.

Kristen is raving mad as she notes, “Are you suggesting that I had to do something to do with Sophia trying to kill Johnny [DiMera – Carson Boatman]?” EJ knows his sister very well and is nodding as she says this. But can he come up with the proof needed to nail her?

In some fun news, Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) and Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) are back during the week of May 4-8 and are seen in the Days of Our Lives promo video. Tony exclaims, “It’s good to be back, isn’t it?”

Anna retorts, “Is passing on any of this, really a good thing?” The two have likely returned for Stephano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) will reading, and while accumulating millions from Stephano’s estate is a sweet deal, the generational toxicity passed down isn’t a pleasant thought at all.

Sophia Choi’s Ambush

As the Days of Our Lives weekly preview winds down, Kristen is alone in the DiMera living room. She hears something and says, “EJ … is that you?” As Kristen says this, Sophia emerges through the doors, and Kristen gasps and looks terrified.

Sophia walks in slowly and has blood dripping from her head to her chest – thanks to the bash it took when Kristen hit her over the head with it.

Still, the young girl says, ever so sweetly, as the promo comes to an end, “What’s a matter, Kristen? It looks like you’ve seen a ghost!”

Is this a bad dream or a hallucination on Kristen’s part? Is Sophia really alive? Fans will have to tune in to find out!
