Days Of Our Lives Preview Week Of Nov 24: Rachel Hospitalized, Gabi’s Guilt, Hospital Thanksgiving

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for the week of November 24, 2025. It shows Belle Black (Martha Madison) bringing Thanksgiving to Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) is admitted to the hospital. Plus, Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) feels guilty when Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) appreciates her loyalty. Rachel Black Hospitalized

Let’s start with Rachel. The little girl intentionally caused an allergic reaction in Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey).

While Sarah will end up being okay, Rachel makes a confession to her father. At the hospital, Rachel admits she remembers shooting EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel). 

Later in the preview clip, Rachel seems to be unconscious as she lies in a hospital bed. Brady and Tate Black (Leo Howard) are there, seemingly praying over her. There is also Smore the Snake, who curls up in the hospital bed with Rachel.

Charlotte DiMera’s Wish

At the Horton house, everyone is getting ready for Thanksgiving. However, Charlotte DiMera (Autumn Gendron) comes bursting in.

The little girl tells Jennifer Horton Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) and Thomas DiMera (Cary Christopher) that she wishes her daddy would come home. 

Ari Horton’s Friendship Toast

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of November 24 reveal that the preview clip also shows Ari Horton (Marissa Reyes).

The college student toasts to friendship with Tate, Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis), and Aaron Green (Louis Tomeo).

Meanwhile, Chanel Dupree-DiMera (Raven Bowens) shares a toast with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) and Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein). 

Belle Black’s Surprise

At the hospital, Belle surprises Marlena. The blonde says that since Doc can’t come to Thanksgiving, they brought Thanksgiving to her! That is really sweet and will surely lift up Marlena’s spirits.

At Brady’s Pub, Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) hosts Thanksgiving with Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow). Alex, Stephanie, Steve “Patch” Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) are also there. Roman starts off by giving thanks.

What Else to Expect

At the Hernandez house, Philip thanks everyone for their loyalty. That just makes Gabi feel even guiltier. Will Gabi finally tell Philip the truth?

After everything the Latina has been through, she should know that it will just be worse the longer she waits. So, stay tuned to see if Philip can ever forgive Gabi.
