Tainted Desserts
Days of Our Lives preview opens with Chanel DiMera’s (Raven Bowens) baby shower. Everyone in the room is laughing and having a grand old good time. Actually, it seems like the entire group is a little too happy!
Chanel looks at Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) and asks why everyone is laughing so hard. Both women look concerned.
Considering the fact that Chanel has been baking up desserts with medical marijuana for her cancer recovery, could something have slipped into a sweet treat for the party?

Later on in the promo, Chanel catches Johnny on the phone, presumably talking to EJ. He states,
“Please tell me you are not the one behind this lawsuit!” Will Chanel learn the truth about what Johnny and his father have been up to?
Sarah Horton’s Bad News
Across town, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey), who looks highly emotional, as she tells Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) that she’s got bad news. Will Sarah lose her medical license?
As the promo progresses, Xander is shown at the DiMera mansion, confronting EJ as he tells the man he’s going to do everything he can to prove “this” was a set up. Will Xander save the day for Sarah?

Marlena Evans Wants The Truth
Over at the DiMera mansion, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) corners Rita Lesley (Maggie Carney). She demands to know the truth about Dominic Marino, and if he is her son. Will Rita be honest with the woman?
Marlena will be shaken by the news of her unknown child with Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo), so here’s hoping Rita rips off the bandage and is honest with the woman.
Lastly, Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) will share a scene with Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart). Philip picks up a clear bag and wonders what the heck this is. Is this about the Gabi Chic knock-offs investigation? Fans will have to tune in to find out!
