DOOL spoilers note that things always get interesting in the land of Salem when Hurricane Sami blows in. The actress recently spoke with TV Insider, stating that she was “thrilled” to be invited back as she loves playing the character and is always happy at the opportunity to return.

Sweeney added that she had to figure out scheduling with the show; however, she was glad that it could happen. While she couldn’t reveal the storyline that will bring Sami back to the little town, she hinted that she was “pretty shocked” at the “unexpected storyline”.

Days spoilers imply that viewers should always expect the unexpected, especially where Sami is concerned. So much has happened in Salem since Sami left, that it’s hard to speculate what kind of story would bring her back.

After all, one would think she would’ve returned to meet her new nephew, Jude Brady (Oliver McLarty); however, he’s already relocated to Paris with parents Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan).

When she returns, could she have another child? Could Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) or EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) believe the baby is theirs?

Could the age of the child disqualify either man as the father? Could it be someone else’s child – looking at you, Allie Horton (Linsday Arnold)?

It’s hard to say, but an unknown baby with Sami would certainly draw speculation and questions from fans, as well as Salemites close to Ms. Brady, too!
