Days of Our Lives spoilers remind fans that the reason Sarah kept quiet about Philip’s lie was so that Xander wouldn’t do something to his brother that would land him in jail!

Sarah knew that Xander would be outraged at Philip’s attempt to snag his birthright and inheritance. The only thing keeping Xander under control is this DiMera deal.

Still, Sarah stayed hush-hush about the forged letter and forced many people along the way to keep quiet, too.

Both Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) and Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) are now in Xander’s bad graces because he realized they had known all along, but didn’t say anything to him.

Little does Xander know that Sarah was the one who pleaded and essentially forced them to be quiet.

How bad will things get between Xander and Sarah when he finds out about her betrayal and how she went to extreme lengths to keep others quiet?

The two have dealt with their fair share of betrayal issues in the past; however, usually it’s Xander lying to Sarah, not the other way around!

Still, now that the shoe is on the other foot, Xander could have this to say to his wife, when he learns the truth: “Our life together is now destroyed, thanks to you!”

Will Xander leave Sarah over this? Could they be headed to divorce court? Would Xander battle for full custody of Victoria Kiriakis (The Kerr Twins)?

That’s hard to say. After all, Xander may reason that Sarah was jeopardizing Victoria’s future and her inheritance by allowing Philip to get away with keeping 50% of Titan!
