However, he keeps on pinning for Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey), even though their relationship is anything but healthy. Sarah knows that she can’t trust a man who lied to her about her baby for over a year, yet still sleeps with him nevertheless. It’s time for these two to move on.
#2 A Mid-Life Crisis, Perhaps?
Xander has long had a reputation for being one of the most dangerous men in Salem. People hate him for a reason. Others can’t trust him. However, we’ve seen a different side to him in recent weeks, mostly because he was able to form a family with Sarah and a baby that clearly wasn’t his. This is clearly not the same Xander that we have seen in the past. He doesn’t know if he wants to be a good guy, a bad guy or something in between, which has prompted a lot of people to wonder if he might be dealing with a mid-life crisis.

Xander has been working for perhaps the most feared man in Salem, Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) for many years now but it might be time for him to become his own entity. Influenced by Brady Black’s (Eric Martsolf) insistence, Victor recently fired Xander, leaving him jobless.
