Days of Our Lives spoilers imply that February tends to bring on some shocking moments in Salem, mostly because it’s a sweeps month! Below are four plot twists fans may not see coming!

Philip Kiriakis Pops The Question

Days of Our Lives spoilers note that Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) and Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) are enjoying a sizzling romance. In fact, the two are supposed to take a trip to Miami soon, so there will be some sweet and hot moments up ahead between the two.

Still, could Philip decide to kick things up a notch by proposing to Gabi during their getaway? This would add an interesting layer to their love story, as Gabi is still hiding the fact that she helped Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) and the rest of the family snatch back DiMera Enterprises from Titan.

An Unexpected Kiss

Speaking of Gabi, her daughter, Arianna “Ari” Horton (Marissa Reyes), is about to lock lips with Liam Selejko (Hank Northrop), which is shocking in itself!

As Liam has a sketchy past, if Ari – or her mom … or Uncle Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), for that matter – finds out some of the shady things he’s been up to, all heck will break loose. Ari definitely has a type, “older bad boy”, so it’ll be interesting to see how this romance plays out.

Lexie Carver Returns

Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate that Lexie Carver (last played by Renee Jones) is the woman in the test tube in EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) lab, and February is the perfect time for her to finally awaken.

Of course, Renee Jones isn’t returning to Days, but news has hit that actress Nikki Crawford has been recast in the role, which means Lexie’s return is imminent; so are issues within Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) and Abe Carver ‘s(James Reynolds) marriage once Lexie rejoins the land of the living!

 A Wedding Gets Derailed

Across town, Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) are engaged, but also trying to track down a stalker! As such, they are pretending to elope to set a trap for the person who can’t get Stephanie off his mind.

However, he’s always two steps ahead, thanks to the wired frame that was “gifted” to Stephanie and Alex from EJ (although fans know that EJ did not send it). Days spoilers suggest a massive bombshell surrounding Stephanie and Alex’s wedding.

Do they decide to take the plunge and not “fake” an elopement, but get married for real? Then again, is this about the danger this stalker poses? Could either Stephanie or Alex get hurt?
