Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: A Raging Steve Confronts Kristen, Blames Her For Kayla’s Death

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease that a raging Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will confront Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk). He’ll be so overwrought he’ll actually attack Kristen and blame her for Kayla Johnson’s (Mary Beth Evans) death.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – The Truth Of Brady Black’s Blackmail

Likely through his Black Patch partner John Black, (Drake Hogestyn) Steve will find out that Kristen was deeply involved in blackmailing Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). She was holding Kayla, Kate Brady (Lauren Koslow) and Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) lives hostage so that Brady would reunite with her, although there was much more than that involved. Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) had been in possession of the only orchid left on earth to make the antidote for the toxin Orpheus (George DelHoyo) stole from Rolf’s lab.

It had been Kristen who brought the first batch of antidote to the Salem Police Department which saved their lives the first time. But by the time they needed booster shots, it was revealed Kristen had taken the orchid and it was missing.

DOOL Spoilers – Blind Rage

Steve is so angry when he learns of how deeply Kristen was involved with the antidote and the lack thereof, and the missing orchid, he’s practically out of control. As Tripp Johnson, (Lucas Adams) Joey Johnson (Tanner Stine) and Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) share memories of Kayla, Steve attacks Kristen in a blind rage!

He blames her every bit as much as Orpheus, who he’d like to end right now, for Kayla’s death and doesn’t believe for a minute that the orchid just “disappeared”. He fully believes a vengeful Kristen made good on her threats to withhold the antidote after being forced by Brady and Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) kidnapping scam. Brady had forced her hand and Eric had a gun to her head-why didn’t he just shoot her and get it over with?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Shaking Kristen DiMera Down

Steve continues shaking Kristen down until she finally signs a confession, which he intends to deliver to Salem Police Commissioner Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). Kristen paying for part in Kayla and Kate’s death, and possibly for Marlena’s should she not make it – and she’s looking like she won’t – will only be a start. But for Kate and Kayla, even if the orchid was returned it won’t help them, but possibly could help Marlena if it can be found in time.

But Kate and Kayla relapsed and died within hours, so it may be too late for Marlena even if the orchid was returned and an antidote made. Steve won’t stop until all who are responsible are charged, but he’s in more vengeance than justice mode.
