It was teased in Soap Opera Digest that Jada is incredibly independent and definitely has a take-charge attitude. It was also stated that Jada knows how to make it in a male-dominated workforce, such as the police department.

Nicole might be advised to just tell Eric how she feels. However, Nicole will probably wait forever to do it. Once Nicole does, Eric could already be in a relationship with Jada!
