Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Abigail Attacks! Delusional Woman Assaults Kate

NBC Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates reveal that Abigail DiMera (Kate Mansi) will continue to suffer from hallucinations and delusions. Even though the drug is out of her system, it has altered her brain chemistry. During another hallucination, Abigail ends up viciously attacking Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow). This might be what causes Abigail to be hospitalized once again.

Drugging Abigail DiMera

DOOL spoilers reveal that someone used a drug that DiMera Enterprises was developing to drug Abigail. We don’t know who it is yet, but Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Abigail are convinced it was Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus). However, the Latina fashionista denies it whenever someone questions her about it.

DOOL Spoilers: Hallucinations Continue

Even though the drug is out of Abigail’s system now, it caused long-term consequences. It altered her brain chemistry and now her current anti-psychotics are useless in controlling the hallucinations. She will continue to see terrifying visions, which leads to a violent outburst on an unsuspecting Salemite.

Attacking Kate Roberts

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that during the week of May 11, Abigail will attack Kate. We don’t know what prompts the assault. However, a sneak peek picture in Soap Opera Digest shows there are other people present. Chad is there and so is Abe Carver (James Reynolds). Chad is doing his best to help Abigail, but this is beyond his capabilities.

Days of Our Lives Updates: Hospitalization and Disappearance

It is teased that Chad has to make a difficult decision and have Abigail hospitalized again. The doctors need to figure out how to stop Abigail’s hallucinations. That is best done in a hospital setting, where she can’t hurt herself or anyone else.

However, Abigail will end up disappearing and Chad will go frantic trying to find his wife. Where does she go and what is going through her mind. Will she end up getting hurt or end up harming another person while on the run?

The last time that this happened, Abigail faked her death with the help of Andre DiMera (Thaao Penghlis). It’s unlikely she will fake her death a second time, but she will obviously be on a mission that is guided by her delusions. Will she end up being okay and how will Chad deal with losing his wife all over again? We will have to keep watching the NBC soap opera to see how this storyline develops.
