In the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest, it is confirmed that Jake interrupts “Chabby” and suggests that Chad has been unfaithful. However, Abigail refuses to believe it. She has done a lot of work on herself, including trying not to immediately go to the worst-case scenario. However, Jake has already planted the seed in Abigail’s mind and it just grows from there.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Chad knows he has to tell Abigail the truth. He admits to kissing Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien). When Abigail hears this, she is betrayed, devastated, and furious. She slaps Chad right across the face for being unfaithful to her. However, she doesn’t have the whole story yet.

After getting slapped, Chad goes on to tell Abigail that the kiss wasn’t exactly voluntary. Gwen forced her lips on Chad’s, which makes Abigail relieved but guilty. She feels horrible about slapping Chad before finding out all the facts. Then, Chad explains that the reason why Gwen kissed him was to make Jake jealous. That is when Abigail realizes that the situation is very complicated.

Later, Abigail confronts Gwen and makes it clear that kissing her husband will not be tolerated. That is when Gwen claims that they are all victims of Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) and since she’s gone, Abby has nothing to worry about. But is that exactly true? What is Gwen’s true motivation for wanting to stay close to the DiMeras? We are going to find out this fall and there are hints that it is going to be explosive, as well as completely unexpected.
