Let’s start off with Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark), who is being blamed for stalking Alex and Stephanie.

The police have good reason to suspect him because of the past as well as the IP address of the message boards. However, Jeremy insists that he’s being set up.

While fans saw Jeremy at a computer right before Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) arrived, he didn’t seem to be on message boards. In any case, Jeremy is hoping that Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) can prove his innocence.

Meanwhile, Steve and Jada are working with Alex and Stephanie to figure out what to do next. They already announced the engagement, but that hasn’t gotten the stalker out yet. They don’t know it but that is because the stalker has high-tech spy equipment and is listening to them.

Next, Steve thinks that Stephanie should put her public relations skills to use. Steve suggested that Steve announce she’s eloping with Alex. Stephanie wasn’t so sure, but ended up agreeing. The woman is tired of always looking over her shoulder.

Stephanie Johnson’s Troubling Confession

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that in the episode that aired on Thursday, January 29, 2026, Stephanie made an emotional confession.

The woman told Alex how much she appreciates his love and respect for her. The lady had a long list of things that she appreciates Alex being, and why she loves him so much.

While it was sweet, it was quite emotional. That usually happens in soaps right before a disappearance or death.

Alex Kiriakis Disappears?

The message boards warned the stalker that he wouldn’t get the girl if he killed the guy. The stalker replied by saying he’d make sure not to get caught. However, the stalker might not be a killer. Stalking someone is one thing, but murder is quite another.

In any case, the stalker already knows Steve’s plan. So, he will strike when Stephanie and Alex least expect it. What if Alex suddenly disappears right before Stephanie’s wedding?

What if Stephanie waits as long as she can, but ends up moving on? What if she ends up moving on with Jeremy?
