Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and recap for Monday, April 13, 2020, reveals John Black (Drake Hogestyn) tells Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) that he feels terrible for Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) because he knows how it feels for your spouse to have no memory of you.

Marlena says Kayla will be able to reach Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) because of their love being inside him. John is sure Kayla will find a way to get through to Steve.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Steve Is Stunned By His Actions

Days of Our Lives’ Kayla talks to Steve about their wedding day. Kayla needs Steve to remember what they had and come back to her. Steve knows Kayla wants him to remember but he can’t. Kayla continues to talk to Steve. Kayla tells Steve they were married over thirty years ago. Kayla tells Steve all about their wedding. Steve begins to recite his vows to Kayla. Steve begins to touch Kayla’s arm and face and calls her Sweetness.

Kayla asks if he really remembers. Steve asks how any man could forget her. Steve pulls Kayla into a hug. Steve asks Kayla what happened to her. Kayla explains how Steve was Stefano Dimera (Stephen Nichols) for a while. Kayla tells Steve it has been almost two years. Steve asks what he did. Steve demands to know what Stefano made him do. Kayla begins to tell Steve the two goals that Stefano had. Kayla tells Steve he cannot blame himself for what has happened. Steve tells Kayla the other person he wants to be with is her. Kayla says she sent the divorce papers because she was mad. Steve wants to get remarried, Kayla says she has moved on.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Kristen Needs To Move On

Days of Our Lives’ Kristen Dimera (Stacy Haiduk) refuses to give the baby back to the nurse. Kristen doesn’t want anyone to disturb the baby because she is sleeping. The nurse continues to try to get the baby. Kristen wants the nurse to wait longer. Kristen just wants to hold the baby a little while longer.

The nurse tries to explain that Kristen has to give her the baby. John and Marlena come in. Kristen gives the baby to Marlena who hands her to the nurse. John gives Kristen a drink of water and they talk. Kristen says holding that baby was very intense. Marlena returns and tells Kristen she needs to leave the program.

Kristen starts to leave but Marlena stops her. Kristen talks to Marlena about how good Brady has been. Marlena says grief and guilt are hard to deal with. Marlena thinks Kristen needs someone to talk to about this. Kristen needs to find a way to accept that her daughter is gone. Kristen takes flowers to the cemetery and talks to the baby buried there.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Brady Is Floor After Talking To Eric

Days of Our Lives’ Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) wants to know what Eric Brady needs to tell him. Brady panics thinking cancer has come back. Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) assures Brady that the baby is fine. Eric tells Brady that Mickey Horton (Joseline and Rosalind May) is his daughter. Brady is stunned when Eric says this. Eric tells Brady that Nicole figured out what happened. Brady hugs Eric and tells him how sorry he is.

Eric encourages Brady to be there for Kristen. Brady thanks Nicole and Eric. Brady asks if Sarah knows, they assure her she does. Brady wants to know how the hospital mixed up the babies. Nicole tells Brady that babies were switched on purpose. Eric tells Brady that Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) was involved. Brady wants to kill him but Eric insists he left Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) handle this. Brady agrees to let Sarah deal with Xander.

Eric tells Brady to go tell Kristen their daughter is alive. Brady tells Nicole to take care of Eric. Brady tells his brother he loves him and leaves. Eric says that was the hardest thing he ever did. Nicole says Eric needs a change to process this. Eric doesn’t think he will ever stop grieving for his child. Brady finds Kristen at the cemetery.

Days of Our Lives’ Xander is panicking because Sarah isn’t answering his calls. Justin Kiriakis tries to calm him. Sarah arrives at the mansion. Xander thought Sarah was getting cold feet. Xander wants to know what is going on with Sarah. Xander asks where Sarah has been Sarah tells Xander she went to Eric’s. Xander says that Eric was probably giving Sarah more grief over custody. Xander says the baby belongs with her mother, Sarah agrees.

Xander wants Sarah to forget whatever Eric said to her but she can’t. Xander tells Sarah the three of them will officially be a family. Xander promises to be a good husband and father. Sarah realizes Xander wants this more than anything. Justin Kiriakis asks if Sarah is ok. Sarah wants to get on with the wedding. Xander recites his vows to Sarah. Xander says Sarah needs to know the whole truth before they get married. Sarah waits for Xander to tell her the truth. Sarah begins to say her vows to Xander.

Sarah says that Xander made it his job to fix things for her. Slowly Sarah says the things he did stopped matter at all. Sarah told herself that Xander was good to her and her child. Sarah talks about Xander delivering her child. Xander says everything is about Mickey, Sarah agrees. Sarah says she kind of forgot everything she had been told about Xander. Sarah persuaded herself that Xander was different with her and her child.

Sarah says her daughter brought them together. Sarah talks about Xander saying he was Mickey’s father, it all started with a lie. Sarah goes quiet and Justin asks if she’s ok. Sarah talks about the night her daughter was born. Sarah talks about giving her baby to the nurse and how scared she was. Sarah says Xander took care of everything. Justin gets to the ring exchange part of the ceremony. Sarah asks how she can marry Xander after what he did.
