Philip says the intern isn’t the brightest guy around. Philip has set Xander up to get fired. Ava threatens to call in Phillip’s debt and throws him out. Ava answers the door and finds Charlie. Tripp swears to Joey that he didn’t rape Allie. Joey believes Tripp and wants him to stay for dinner. Kayla tells Tripp he’s family and should be there. Steve thanks Kayla for letting Tripp stay for dinner. Tripp calls and tells Ava he’s staying with Joey for dinner. Ava says they will have plenty of family dinners.

Belle thinks Allie can at least get child support. Belle asks if Allie is sure she wants to go through with this. Belle explains to Allie that the trial will be very hard on her. Allie needs to do everything to make Tripp pay. Claire arrives home and talks to Allie.
