Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for Monday, December 20, 2019, reveals Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) is trying to reassure John Black (Drake Hogestyn) that she is going to be ok while he’s gone.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers And Recap – Marlena Issues A Warning

Marlena has an errand to run. Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) tells Hope Brady/Princess Gina (Kristian Alfonso) that her print was on the tiara. Hope claims to have picked up the tiara without gloves on. Hope says she got distracted. Rafe says there is no proof that Stefano was in Dr. Rolf’s (William Utay) hideaway. Hope wants to get the DNA test results from the cigar. Marlena interrupts says she believes Stefano is still there. Rafe asks if Stefano has reached out to Marlena, she shows him the gift and the note.

Rafe takes the gift to check it for fingerprints. Marlena confronts Hope about trying to come between her and John. Hope says she wasn’t trying to come between them. Marlena tells Hope that John told her the whole story. Marlena explains that Hope couldn’t cause problems between her and John. Hope tries to defend herself. Marlena says Hope was very close to crossing a line with John. Rafe is afraid of how many people can be in danger from Stefano. Marlena is sure Hope will do the right thing.

Days of Our Lives’ Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) gets Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) home and they kiss. Kristen Dimera (Lauren Koslow) sees the kiss and is furious. Brady pulls away from Nicole and tells her this is a bad idea. Kristen is convinced that Nicole is getting revenge on her by sleeping with Brady right now. Brady is still attracted to Nicole, that’s the only reason Kristen got pregnant. Nicole questions why they can’t give it another try. Brady makes a hot fudge sundae for himself and Nicole.

Days of Our Lives’ Kristen Dimera (Stacy Haiduk) comes home and is very upset. Lani asks Kristen what he wrong and she explains. Lani tries to defend Nicole. Kristen is not listening to her. Kristen and Lani have a drink and try to calm down.

Days of Our Lives’ Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and Gabi Dimera (Camilla Banus) start to make love as a very upset Lani Price breaks the Gabi Chic window. Eli gets an alert about the security system at the store. Eli goes to check it out, Gabi goes with him. Eli checks out the store and sees that nothing is missing. Gabi blames Abby Dimera (Kate Mansi) and Chad Dimera (Billy Flynn). Eli defends Abby and Chad. Gabi and Eli go by the police station to make a report. Hope promises to take care of the DNA results. Hope is glad her DNA didn’t show up. Gabi is worried about Stefano. Gabi will feel better once she has Kristen’s shares.

Days of Our Lives’ Hattie Adams (Deidre Hall) is ready to get to work. Hattie’s lips are sealed about what Kate Dimera (Lauren Koslow) asked her to be quiet about. Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) doesn’t care who is upstairs with Kate. Hattie needs a beer, her head is about to explode. Hattie asks Roman is he’s got something going on with Kate. Roman doesn’t date women who work for him and that includes Hattie. Roman tells Hattie that Hope and Rafe have divorced. Hattie tells Marlena that Roman gave her a job.

DOOL Spoilers And Recap – Stefano Steps Up His Game

Days of Our Lives’ Stefano Dimera/Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) hopes Hattie keeps quiet. Kate tells Stefano he would never take these kinds of chances. Kate says if Stefano wants everyone to find out he is Steve. Kate encourages Stefano to leave this thing with Marlena alone. Stefano accuses Kate of being jealous. Stefano tells Kate to get off her high horse.

Kate says she’s done and calls Marlena. Stefano laughs at Kate. Stefano tells Kate the whole town will turn against her when the truth comes out. Stefan tells Kate there is no turning back. Kate tries to convince Stefano to settle for Hattie and leave Marlena alone. Stefano vows to have it all. Stefano needs to stay at Kate’s again tonight. Kate tells Stefano he’s sleeping on the floor. Stefano needs to step things up tomorrow.
