Days of Our Lives Spoilers And Recap Thursday, August 22 – John Unmasks Kristen; Xander Gives Up His Boss

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for Thursday, August 22, 2019, reveals Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and Lani Price (Sal Stowers) are getting ready for John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) party.

Hope Brady runs into Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) outside Doug’s Place, and Hope tells Kate she knows she lied. Kate tells Hope she’s not talking to anyone. Hope says Xander is talking to the D.A. right now. Kate still refuses to give Hope any information. Hope speaks to Eli and finds out that Xander Cook still hasn’t given up his accomplice.

Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) meets everyone at the party, and Abe Carver (James Reynolds) questions him about Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker). Brady tells Abe he and Nicole are together. Eli gets a call that Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) says he is working with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk).

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Tony DiMera Tries To Protect Marlena Evans

Days of Our Lives Kristen wants Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) to kill Stefan Dimera (Brandon Barash) and Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus). Tony demands Kristen stop waving around a gun. They have a party to get to tonight. Tony reminds Kristen that she won’t hurt Marlena. Tony makes Kristen promise not to cause trouble at the party, she agrees but puts her gun in her purse anyway.

Days of Our Lives Anna Dimera (Leanne Hunley) cannot wait for Tony to see her engagement ring from Roman Brady (Josh Taylor). Anna and Roman arrive, and Anna shows off her engagement ring. Roman excuses himself to get a drink. Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) arrive, and Eric tells Brady he agrees to the truce.

Brady gets a text that John and Marlena are there. Susan walks in, and they yell surprise. She tells Brady that John and Marlena are right behind her. John and Marlena walk in, and everyone yells surprise, they both ask if the other was surprised. John and Marlena both ask why they should be surprised. Brady tells John and Marlena that they both planned the party. Nicole promises John that she will keep Brady happy.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Kate Roberts Mistakenly Attacks Susan Banks

Days of Our Lives Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) arrives at John’s and is upset that he doesn’t want her at the party. John makes Susan promise to keep quiet about the party. John changes for the party and Marlena and Susan talk. Marlena hopes Susan hasn’t blown the surprise. John comes back in, and Marlena tells Susan she should visit Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and Sonny Kiriakis (Freddy Smith).

John walks Susan to the door and tells her to go to Doug’s Place. Kate attacks Susan, believing she is Kristen. Tony and Nicole approach Susan and asks if she is alright. Susan says she has two people who look like her too. Susan tells everyone about meeting her sister in Salem last time. Tony figures out that Susan ran into Kristen instead. Kristen plans to shut Susan up before her secret is out. Nicole comes back and wants to leave immediately, Brady puts her off.

Days of Our Lives Will tells Sonny that Gabi didn’t call their daughter tonight. Sonny has people checking to see if Kristen is alive or if Xander is accessing Kristen’s money himself. Sonny and Will arrive and tell Brady they are trying to find out who is behind the money transfers. Marlena says Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) isn’t feeling well. Kate thinks Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) isn’t there because of alcohol. Kate tells them about Maggie seeing Kristen in Nicole’s room.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Tony DiMera And Anna Dimera Share A Kiss

Days of Our Lives Sarah comes downstairs and meets Eric, who is blown away by her. Eric wants to go back to his place. Sarah tells Eric they have to go to the party. John and Marlena wonder if they should tell Brady their suspicions about Nicole. Nicole drags Susan off to talk to her. Sarah asks Tony about Dr. Roth (William Utay) and brings up the mask. John is intrigued.

Brady interrupts with John and Marlena’s first dance. Anna leaves the room after the dance begins. Nicole takes Kristen into the restroom and pulls a gun on her. Roman grabs a drink and toasts Eric and Sarah. Tony follows Anna outside and kisses her. Tony apologizes to Anna. Anna asks if Tony is ready to leave Nicole but he can’t.

Days of Our Lives John toasts Marlena. John planned this party to celebrate their love after he almost lost her last year. Marlena gave a speech about their wedding 33 years ago. Hope whispers to John that Kristen was Xander’s accomplice. John figures out that Kristen is Nicole while Marlena is giving her speech. He looks at Nicole as he and Marlena toast. John kisses Marlena as Brady and Nicole start to leave. John tells Nicole they aren’t going anywhere. John grabs the mask and pulls it off, revealing Kristen.
