Philip is on the phone and Sarah Horton (Lindsay Godfrey) hears Philip on the phone with his boss. Belle wants Philip to take a deal but he refuses. Belle says a trial could go on for a long time. Belle thinks he should take the deal. Belle tells Philip this is in his best interest, he could go to jail if this goes to court. Belle tells Philip she will do what he wants.

Days Of Our Lives Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) is upset that Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) believes Philip Kiriakis’ (Jay Kenneth Johnson) story. Xander isn’t giving up on this. Charlie stops by and asks Xander’s advice about Claire. Xander tells Charlie about his relationship with Sarah. Sarah stops by that office during his story. Sarah comes to Titan and tells him he’s right about Peter.

Sarah tells Xander about the phone call she overheard last night. Sarah tells him about the second call where Philip said Victor bought his story and Xander would back off soon. Xander tells Sarah what he found at the office. Sarah tells Xander he needs to find proof of what Philip is up to and expose him. Sarah tells Xander that Philip acted like he was afraid of the other person.

Theo invites Abe to comes to visit him. Theo plans to be back to see the babies. Eli rushes in to say goodbye to Theo. Theo goes to meet Abe outside. Lani apologizes for getting so emotional. Eli doesn’t know how much longer he can live with this secret. Abe asks if Eli is thinking about telling Lani the truth. Lani overhears Eli says he might be able to tell her what happened in the future.
