Days of Our Lives Recap – Brady’s Baby Is Dead

Brady says he has been working the program all this time. Nothing can bring his child back or the mother of his child. J.J. Deveraux (Casey Moss) tells Brady to shut up. J.J. doesn’t want to hear any more of Brady’s pity party and leaves. Brady says he should have kept this mouth shut when he saw J.J. there. Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) tells Brady that they cannot change how J.J. feels. Brady tells Maggie how wise and kind she is. Maggie understands what Brady is going through right now. Brady talks about having feelings for Kristen Dimera (Stacy Haiduk).

Brady says he had fallen back in love with Kristen. Brady thinks about feeling the baby kick and kissing Kristen. Brady thought it was going to work out with Kristen. Brady has to leave for work. Maggie tries to talk Brady into staying. Brady promises to go to another meeting later today. Eric returns and Maggie is shocked when she sees his face. Maggie says it was a matter of time until J.J. and Brady collided.

Days of Our Lives Recap – Gabi Is Moving On With Eli

Days of Our Lives Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) thinks back to when he proposed to Lani Price (Sal Stowers). Abe Carver (James Reynolds) approaches him as he starts to leave the park. Abe asks how Eli has been. Eli had to quit his job because he couldn’t work with Lani.

Abe tells Eli that Lani is gone. Eli tells Abe he had already accepted a new position. Abe tells Eli he always has a place at the Salem PD. Abe has no idea why Lani left Eli at the altar. Eli says it didn’t make any sense. Abe hasn’t spoken to Lani in some time. Lani is later shown at a convent. Gabi knows this is hard for Eli but then kisses him. Kristen joins Lani in the chapel.

Days of Our Lives John Black (Drake Hogestyn) stops by the pub to get his lunch. Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) teases John about the special. John talks about him and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) having a hard time lately. Roman believes John and Marlena will make it through this. John says that Marlena is worried about Will Horton (Chandler Massey). Roman and John talk about people drowning their sorrows in the pub after the past year. J.J. arrives outside the pub. Eric follows J.J. who punches him. Roman gets Eric some ice for his face. John asks J.J. what it was all about, J.J. replies, your damn son.

John says Brady has made some mistakes this year. J.J. asks if that is supposed to make it alright. John hopes J.J. gets the help he needs. Eric tells J.J. he knows he is high. Eric has no hard feelings. Eric tries to defend Brady. J.J. says Haley Chen (Thia Megia) was his life and now she’s dead. J.J. misses Haley. Brady approaches J.J. in the park and sees him with pills. Abe talks to John on his way home. Brady knows Kristen is a sore spot for J.J. J.J. tells Brady that Haley is dead because Kristen murdered her. J.J. will never forgive either one of them.

Gabi wants to talk to Eli about Chad and Abby. Chad tells Abby he has been in contact with his father for months. Abby asks where Stefano Dimera (formerly Joe Mascolo) is, Chad doesn’t know. Abby questions how he is sure he’s talking to his father then. Gabi believes that Chad and Abby are plotting something. Eli tells Gabi she has no proof. Gabi knows something is wrong here. Gabi is not going to let her guard down or let Chad take her down. Chad tells Abby he hasn’t forgiven Gabi and plans to make her pay. Chad gets a message from his father. Abby doesn’t understand why they can’t meet face to face. Abby tells the person on the other line that he wants to meet in person.

Days of Our Lives Princess Gina (Kristian Alfonso) is working on a painting. Gina attacks “Steffy” saying John might have been his pawn but he was her prince. Gina has “Steffy” to move to give her a better angle. Fans see a man who is supposed to be Stefano. Gina tells “Steffy” she knows what he and Chad are up to in getting even with Gabi. Gina is hungry and knows how to take care of it. “Steffy” opens up his laptop again. Gina prepares the table for dinner as John arrives home.
