Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Tuesday, April 7, 2020, reveals Chad Dimera (Billy Flynn) is stunned that he almost lost Abby Dimera (Kate Mansi) over Stefano Dimera/Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols).

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Chad Thanks Abby For Bringing Him Back

Chad says the only life the matters to him is the one he is building with Abby and the kids. Chad is grateful to Abby for bringing him back. Abby asks what if this isn’t over. Chad has seen all of Stefano’s tricks so he will see him coming this time. Chad wants to stop talking about his father and pulls Abby into a kiss. Chad hopes they can stay this happy forever. Kayla calls Chad and says Stefano wants to see the three of them one last time.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Kayla Gets A Court Order To Do Surgery

Days of Our Lives’ Stefano says he still has some tricks up his sleeve. Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) tells Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) that Dr. Rolf (William Utay) refuses to operate on Stefano. Kayla says she owes it to Steve to stop this. Kayla goes to check Stefano’s eye. Stefano refuses to let Kayla touch him. Stefano says nothing will change Rolf’s mind. Stefano says Kayla will never see Steve again. Kayla vows to take the chip out herself. Stefano says Kayla cannot remove the chip. Kayla has a court order allowing her to make any medical decisions for Steve.

Stefano says if Kayla kills him she will also kill Steve. Kayla says nothing Stefano can say will stop her from taking that chip out. Justin asks Kayla what Stefano said, she replies exactly what he thought. Kayla made a promise she intends to keep. Justin questions if Kayla is sure about operating on Steve. Justin tells Kayla she would never forgive herself if something went wrong. Kayla doesn’t think she has a choice. Stefano’s children arrive in his room. Kayla feels like she owes this to Steve because he would not want to help Stefano get what he wants. Kayla says that the chip needs to come out now. Stefano apologizes to his children.

Stefano admires Chad’s goodness. Stefano says Kristen Dimera (Stacy Haiduk) is the most like him. Kristen says that might have been true in the past but she has changed. Kayla tells Stefano it is time to go. Stefano tells his children to never forget who they are. Stefano says, in the end, he managed to bring his children together. Stefano tells his children he loves them and is wheeled into surgery.

Days of Our Lives’ Tony is glad that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) is ok. Anna feels bad for hitting Stefano with her shoe. Tony suggests she’s upset about her shoe. Tony thanks Anna for saving his life. Anna says her life wouldn’t be worth anything without Tony in it. Tony says once the chip is removed this nightmare will be over.

Anna asks how Tony will feel if this is the end of Stefano. Tony is torn, he doesn’t want to see his father dead. Tony is committed to their future whether Stefano lives or dies. Anna says that Stefano manipulates his children. Anna is scared the Stefano will draw them all back in again.

Days of Our Lives’ Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) is thrilled that her wedding dress is ready. Sarah had Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) to help get the dress for her. Sarah tells Xander the Mickey Horton (Josephine and Rosalind May) thinks he can do no wrong. Sarah says Xander has her mother’s permission to marry her. Xander wishes Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) could be there.

Sarah is taking loads of pictures for Maggie. Xander has their rings. Sarah says she’s forgetting something. Xander has arranged the honeymoon. Xander has the Titan jet, they can go anywhere she wants. Xander will follow Sarah anywhere. Sarah wants to take Mickey on their honeymoon with them. Xander isn’t too happy about taking Mickey with them. Kayla calls Sarah to help with Steve’s surgery. Xander offers to pick up Sarah’s dress. Xander arrives at Basic Black to pick up Sarah’s dress. Xander tells Brady he is sorry for his loss.

Kristen and Brady went through losing a child and wouldn’t wish that on anyone. Kristen understands she will never change how she feels. Kristen offers to leave and let them talk to Brady in private. Nicole tells Kristen to stay. Everyone sits down and Brady asks what they need to talk about.

Nicole asks Eric if she should tell Brady and Kristen. Eric tells Brady and Kristen that he understands how they have suffered after losing a child. Kristen gets a text and needs to go. Brady says his place is at Kristen’s side. Eric tells them this will keep. Brady and Kristen are glad the baby is going to be ok. Nicole questions why Eric didn’t tell them. Nicole asks if this means Eric is going to keep quiet. Eric needs to tell Sarah first. Eric questions how to tell Sarah the truth. Nicole says they need to show Sarah proof.

Eric can’t keep this quiet any longer. Brady looks for the donation check to send to the hospital. Brady sees his daughter’s death certificate. Xander comes in behind Brady. Eric and Nicole confront the lab tech. Eric threatens to beat the truth out of him. Nicole tells the guy that no one will know where they got the results. Eric opens the results and sees the truth. Eric hoped that Nicole was wrong. Eric says this means his little girl is dead. Sarah asks Eric and Nicole to keep Mickey while she goes on her honeymoon. Eric says they can talk later.
