Victor gets a call and has to leave, he will tell them when he gets back. Xander talks about Philip emotionally blackmailing Victor. Philip ways Victor’s loyalty lies with him. Xander says Philip needs to apologize to Victor. Philip insinuates that Victor hired Xander because of everything underhanded he has done. Philip defends Brady. Philip says the CEO job was the last resort. Xander says Victor wanted Philip away from the company. Philip says he is Victor’s only living child. Philip and Xander get physical. Philip calls Xander a thug. Victor names Philip and Xander co-CEOs.

Days of Our Lives Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) arrives and tells Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) she isn’t alone. Brady tells Marlena he has been with Kristen Dimera (Stacy Haiduk) and their daughter. Marlena explains that John Black (Drake Hogestyn) is in a medically induced coma. Marlena will never give up on John. Marlena is glad that Brady is there. Brady confirms that he has stepped down as CEO of Titan. Brady is going to stay as long as John needs him. Brady is afraid that Kristen will follow him. Brady doesn’t understand why Sami is still fighting. John makes a noise. Brady talks to John and tells him he will be there.
Days Of Our Lives Recap – Nicole Walker And Erik Brady Prepare For Court
Days Of Our Lives Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) hates that Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) lied for her in court. Nicole agrees with Sami, Eric acts like someone no one recognizes. Eric isn’t going to let Nicole go back to prison. Nicole says Sami will never stop because Eric will always be caught in the middle. Nicole thinks they should give Sami the baby. Eric believes they will win. Eric says nothing has changed and he knows she doesn’t want to let that baby go. Justin arrives and speaks to Nicole. They need to get to court. Eric checks on Ciara Weston (Victoria Konefal) but there is no word.

DOOL Spoilers & Updates – Sami Brady Continues To Tray and Discredit Nicole Walker
Days of Our Lives Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) continues to scheme to try and get custody of the baby. Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and Sonny Kiriakis (Freddy Smith) inform Sami they are leaving Salem today. Sami says they can’t leave everyone else has turned on her. Sami thought Gabi Dimera (Camila Banus) would keep them in town. Will says Marlena gave her blessing and they need hers. Will asks Sami if she can’t be happy for them. Sami apologizes again for costing them custody of the baby.
Sami gets a call from the judge who has reached her decision. Sami asks Will and Sonny to watch the baby until Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) arrives. Sami apologizes for making all the mistakes she has with Will. Will is going to miss her. Sami hugs Will. Sami goes to the courthouse and makes it plain that she plans to win. The judge is ready to give her ruling. Sami has new evidence and the judge allows it. Sami says she was shocked that her brother lied and admitted it yesterday. Sami has additional proof and calls Victor to the stand. Victor is there to testify about this attempted murder.
Victor talks about Nicole trying to murder him by dropping a radio into the bathtub. Justin asks if Nicole dropped this radio into the water. Victor says Jan Spears did it for Nicole. The judge takes another recess and promises to come back with a verdict. Sami asks why she would hire someone to murder Victor when she would rather do it herself. Eric knows that Sami is still up to something and asks what. The judge gives Eric and Nicole custody. Sami calls Jan Spears to the stand.

Days of Our Lives Will and Sonny admire the baby and discuss how different their lives may have been if they had adopted the baby. Sonny believes they weren’t meant to be the baby’s parents. Sonny believes this was to keep their daughter safe.
Will hopes for another baby and a new dog in the not too distant future. Sonny and Will go to the square. Will wants to say goodbye to Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson). Will says things seem so dire right now. Flashbacks of Will and Sonny’s life together are shown. Will and Sonny say goodbye to Salem and leave.
