Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and recap for Wednesday, April 8, 2020, reveals Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) and Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) come in from an unsuccessful job hunt.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Ciara And Ben’s Search Is A Bust

Ben offers Ciara a foot massage. Ben is ready to enjoy the night since it’s paid for. Ciara thinks they should call it a night. Ben’s phone rings, he ignores it until Ciara presses it. Ben answers the phone. Ben says that was Evan Frears/Christian Maddox (Brock Kelly). Ciara urges Ben to confront Evan and get some closure.

Ben and Ciara show up at the police station. Ben and Ciara return to their motel. Ben couldn’t accept Evan’s apology. Ben has done unforgivable things. Ben should be able to show generosity to Evan. Ciara says Ben’s sister is dead because of him. Ben thanks Ciara for showing him what real love is. Ben and Ciara begin to make love again.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Rafe Wants Evan To Confess

Days of Our Lives’ Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) wants to talk to Evan about Orpheus (George DelHoyo). Rafe tries to get Evan to plead guilty and testify against Orpheus. Evan wants to make a phone call. Ben goes in to speak to Evan. Rafe tells Ben to come by and see the baby. Ciara wonders if it is safe to leave Ben and Evan alone. Ben asks Evan what he wants. Evan apologizes for killing Jordan Ridgeway (Chrishell Stause) and for framing Ben. Evan tells Ben he understands what it’s like to lose control.

Evan claims to have not wanted to hurt his son. Ben asks how Evan thinks his son will react when he finds out his father killed his mother. Ben walks out and hopes he never has to see Evan again. Rafe tells Evan he is heading home. Evan doesn’t want his son to see him as a monster. Evan asks Rafe to tell his son he asked about him.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Xander Turns To Sonny For Support

Days of Our Lives’ Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) asks Sonny Kiriakis (Freddy Smith) to be his best man. Sonny asks why he should do anything to help Xander. Xander says he had to protect Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers). Xander says he is extending an olive branch. Sonny tells Xander what to do with his olive branch. Sonny says there is no chance in hell he will attend that wedding.

Eric StIll Doesn’t Tell Sarah The Truth

Days of Our Lives’ Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) asks Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) to go home. Eric wonders how he is supposed to tell Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) their child died over a year ago. Nicole offers to keep quiet if Eric chooses to keep the truth from everyone. Eric says it’s wrong, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Kristen Dimera (Stacy Haiduk) deserve to know the truth. Nicole warns Eric not to tip off Xander. Eric is not going to let Xander dictate what he can do.

Eric goes to read Mickey Horton/Rachel Black (Josephine and Rosalind May) a story. Eric shows up to see Mickey. Xander tries to tell Eric to come back tomorrow. Xander orders Eric not to wake Mickey up. Eric needs to learn to stop thinking of Mickey as his daughter. Eric tells Mickey goodnight and he loves her. Eric tells Mickey a bedtime story before putting her to bed. Sarah messages to tell Eric she’s on the way home. Eric says his goodbyes to Mickey. Sarah arrives home and leans on Xander. Sarah falls asleep on the couch. Xander refuses to wake Sarah up. Nicole says they need to discuss arrangements for Mickey. Xander makes Nicole and Eric leave. Nicole wants Eric to wait until tomorrow.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Jack Encourages Justin

Days of Our Lives’ Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) waits with Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) as Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) operations on Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols). Justin tells Jack that Kayla wants her husband back. Kayla is scared to do the surgery. Monitors begin to go off, self destruct mode is engaged. Kayla tries to clear the OR before something blows up. Justin tells Jack no matter what happens, this doesn’t end well for him.

This is the end of him and Kayla. Kayla cuts the chip out but worries about what she has done to Steve. Kayla updates Jack and Justin on Steve’s surgery. Kayla goes to Steve’s room to check on him and talks to him. Kayla begs Steve to come back to them.
