Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap Wednesday, October 23, 2019, reveals Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) returns home. Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) is trying to tie his necktie.

Adrienne Kiriakis (Judi Evans) shows up to visit Jack now that his memory has returned. Adrienne and Jack discuss his marriage to Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva). Adrienne invites herself and Justin to join Jack and Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) for dinner.

Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and Sonny Kiriakis (Freddy Smith) arrive as well. Justin tells Adrienne that Jack and Jennifer want to be alone. Justin gives Adrienne a ring box, she doesn’t understand. Justin says this is long overdue. Justin gets on one knee and proposes.

Days of Our Lives Jack offers to walk Jennifer home. Justin wanted to be alone with Adrienne anyway. Jack invites Jennifer to his room for a nightcap. Jennifer teases Jack who thinks he is moving too fast. Jennifer says there is something about Jack that she can’t figure out. This is what Jennifer wanted since New Year’s Eve. Jack and Jennifer kiss. Jack and Jennifer share I love you’s.

Days of Our Lives Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) goes to the police station to visit Lani Price (Sal Stowers). Eli and Lani go to the bistro where they are having their reception. Eli tells Lani they need to pick out the cake. Eli and Lani test cakes and icing.  Eli feels bad that Gabi DiMera (Camilla Banus) saw them having a good time. Eli believes Gabi is moving past losing Stefan Dimera (Brandon Barash). Lani and Eli go home. Eli knows what Lani is dealing with. Eli offers to postpone the wedding. Lani wants to be Eli’s wife as soon as she can.

Days of Our Lives Gabi arrives with Will and Sonny as Eli and Lani flirt in the bistro. Gabi calls to check on Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) pacemaker. Gabi speaks to Eli and Lani. Gabi talks about picking out Stefan’s suit for the funeral. Gabi talks about things she and Stefan didn’t get to do.

Gabi tastes the icing from a piece of cake and gives her approval Will and Sonny try to talk to Gabi. Gabi says she needs to leave and walks out. Sonny and Will walk out. Gabi goes home and picks out Stefan’s suit. Sonny and Will interrupt Justin’s proposal. Adrienne accepts Justin’s proposal.

Days of Our Lives Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) show Victor Kiriakis a photo of the ultrasound. Victor doesn’t believe the baby belongs to Brady. He and Victor argue before the phone rings. Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) is on the phone with the DNA results. Kayla tells Brady the baby is his. Brady asks Victor if he is ready to eat crow because the baby is his. Brady says this baby validates his decision to move Kristen into the house.

Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) arrives and accepts Victor’s job offer. Kate informs Kristen that Tony Dimera (Thaao Penghlis) is CEO of Dimera. Kate is furious when Victor doesn’t fire Brady. Kate storms out telling Victor not to call her when Brady ruins the company.
