Tony and Anna burst in the room and were delighted to be reunited with Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn). They asked about Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) and the children. Off hiding in the corner with her backs to everyone was Gwen. She tried to not be noticed as she fumbled with the ornaments on the Christmas tree.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Anna tried to ask Gwen who she was, but the villain pretended to be invisible. That obviously didn’t work, so Anna went directly up to Gwen and introduced herself while offering a handshake. For the first time, the schemer was speechless and seemed on edge. When Tony and Chad left the room, Anna tried to engage Gwen in conversation. Normally, she would be very good at coming up with a story, but instead tried to flee the room as quickly as possible.

It was all very suspicious. Gwen tried to run the minute she saw Anna’s face, so she seemed to recognize her. However, it doesn’t appear as if Anna knows the nanny. So, what is going on here?

DOOL Spoilers – Possible Theories

Everyone in Salem, even newcomers, always seem to have some kind of family connection. We know nothing about Gwen’s history except she was involved with Jake Lambert DiMera (Brandon Barash). She won’t even tell anyone where she’s from and when they try to guess, Gwen says “it’s complicated.” She won’t talk about her family, either.

Now, there is already a theory that Gwen’s father might be Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford). So, who is Gwen’s mother? Is she someone currently in Salem or perhaps is from the area? Is it possible that Anna and Gwen’s mother might be connected? Maybe she recognized Anna from a photo or the two might have met when Gwen was a little girl. There are a lot of possibilities but there is a very good reason why Anna has Gwen so scared. We can’t wait to find out what it is and for the truth to finally come out.
