Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Ava Dies, Tripp Blames Himself?

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease that Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) could die, and Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) will blame himself. An explosion rocks St. Luke’s Church where Susan Banks’ (Stacy Haiduk) memorial service is, and Ava’s right in front of the bomb!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Tripp Johnson Crashes The Service

DOOL spoilers show Tripp unexpectedly crashed the memorial service to have it out with EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel) who he blamed for Ava’s presumed death. They were arguing right in front of the table where the bomb was planted by Ava earlier.  Marlena Evans, (Deidre Hall) Nicole Walker, (Arianne Zucker) Sister Mary Moira Banks, (Stacy Haiduk) and the priest were all watching as Tripp started a fight with EJ.

In the meantime, Ava was outside where Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) had tracked Ava down, having spotted her inside but not recognizing her. Aunt Sister Mary Moira got tired of the arguing inside and went out front where Johnny recognized Ava and confronted her; when Ava heard Tripp was inside, she ran in.

DOOL Spoilers – The Bomb Goes Off

Ava tries to get Tripp to leave, and tells him to run as the bomb explodes with Marlena, Nicole, Johnny and EJ inside, with Tripp and Ava closest to the blast. Several blocks away in Horton Town Square, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) hear the blast, as Eric looks toward the church and asks “what’s that?” Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) and Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) who had previously been arguing with Brady, who slugged Stefan, were in the DiMera mansion awaiting the memorial guests’ return. Several are blown back in the rubble with the church igniting in flames, but miraculously, the photo of Susan on the table itself is intact! All survive for the time being but Ava, closest to the blast appears to be the most badly injured of those in front of the blast.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Tripp Johnson Devastated, Blames Himself

Ava is taken to the hospital but Tripp is devastated when she takes a turn for the worse, especially since he’s chastising her for her return to the darkside. She’s alert and awake, but suddenly passes out and the heart monitor turns to code blue and she codes, as Tripp blames himself for their argument. He tries to resuscitate her, taking every life saving measure, but nothing works – she’s gone.

Tripp not only blames himself for her heart stopping, but also for not somehow forcing her to move with him to Seattle. Tripp knew his mom was crashing after the murder of Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) in her arms, and if only he had forced intervention, she and Susan might both be alive.
