Unfortunately, the line of duty just happens to be investigating the drugs that Ava has been running through the Bistro. Will Harris’ death land Ava back in Bayview?

Days of Our Lives Spoilers Harris went to Bayview after being programmed by the Dimera twice to assassinate people.
Harris felt he was a danger to society and insisted that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) lock him up for the good of mankind. Harris felt he had hurt enough people and didn’t want to endanger anyone else.
Bayview is where Harris met Ava and the two struck up a friendship. That friendship began to turn into more as they were on the run to save Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) from her kidnapper, Edmond Crumb (Adam Caine).
Harris and Ava were even in a brief romance before she broke up with him for a bogus cheating issue. However, Harris was targeted by Clyde Weston (James Read) because of Ava.

DOOL Spoilers – Harris Michaels Is Gunned Down
Harris is the lead investigator on this case and Ava has had plenty of opportunities to clue him in on what is going on with her.
Ava could have told Harris who was behind the drugs and given him a chance to take him down but instead, Ava chose to keep quiet. Ava even allowed Harris to believe she was dating a married man.
According to the Day of Days Preview, Harris will be found shot in an alley. Unfortunately, it also seems that Harris will not be lucky enough to survive his ordeal either. Since Steve Burton’ contract is up, it is safe to say that Harris is out.
Unfortunately, Harris’ demise could certainly affect Ava’s mental status, especially if she blames herself for his death.

Ava’s mental health status has been very fragile for years. Ava has been doing well since her return from London. However, people are starting to question her involvement in the drug trade from every direction.
Ava is terrified that her son will be killed if she doesn’t follow Clyde’s orders. Ava has no idea that the man she has grown to care about is about to be another casualty.
Will seeing Harris pass away because of this drug cartel put Ava back in Bayview and dealing with her mental health again? Can Ava find her way back after losing it over yet another man she has grown to love?
Harris has been a savior for Ava in a lot of ways and losing him could send her over the edge for good. Will Ava end up back in Bayview because of Harris’ death?
