It seems that when one situation was handled, another one would pop up. When Ben knew that was staying at Salem University Hospital, he knew that he could just keep trying to get her to remember.

Ciara has made two really big decisions. The first is to leave Salem, which is putting Ben in a panic. Ciara’s second decision was to rekindle the relationship with lifelong friends and former flame Thelo Carver.

Ben will be devastated by the sudden turn in events. He feels that with Ciara across the globe, she might ever remember their relationship. There is always a chance that Ciara’s memories could come back on their own. If they do, would anyone even let Ben know?

The other part of this that is so upsetting is Theo taking Ciara away. When Theo first came back to Salem and began visiting Ciara, Ben asked if they discussed him. Then, Ben asked if Theo bothered mentioning to Ciara that he’s not a danger to anyone. Both of these questions were a no. Even though Theo was right by saying he really didn’t know Ben, Ciara wouldn’t marry just anyone. We’re not suggesting Theo taking sides. It just seems kind of straight how everything was timed… as if it were a premeditated and well-timed betrayal.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Theo and Ciara are leaving Salem together. When Ben finds out, he is going to be really upset. In fact, he is so thrown by everything that’s happened, Ciara’s leaving town with her ex-boyfriend sends Ben reeling. Ben decides that Ciara is not leaving Salem.

He tells Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) about his kidnapping plan and how he will keep forcing her to relive memories until she actually does remember their love. Then, he informs Claire that she’s going to help him. However, Claire refuses and explains that Ben could traumatize Ciara. Wilson shared with Soap Opera Digest,

“He talks about pretty much kidnapping her and bringing her to the cabin and making her have these memories to hopefully jog her memory of the very beginning of where it all started.”

DOOL Spoilers – Ben Weston Can’t Follow Through

Ben is determined to follow through with kidnapping Ciara whether he gets Claire’s help or not. He goes to the hospital and starts to muster up the courage to get it done. However, he won’t be able to follow through with his plan. What stops Ben is the elevator doors opening and Ciara being on the other side. The actor explained,

“At that moment, sometimes you gotta love somebody enough to let them go, and it is one of those scenarios. At least, at this stage in the game. He has to let her go and hopefully find out on her own, and hopefully, her memory comes back. But he stops himself from kidnapping his wife.”
