When Ben tells Jake what he is going through with Ciara, he gets slapped back to reality. Jake is a fighter and feels that Ben is slacking. Ben isn’t giving up, but is really at a loss over what to do. He won’t take Jake’s first suggestion, which is to inject Ciara with the memory serum. However, he does listen to his next piece of advice. He will fight for Ciara by being proactive about helping her recover.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Ben somehow gets into Ciara’s hospital room without her screaming. Maybe she reluctantly agrees to see him or perhaps he promises to leave once she hears a story. In either case, Ben goes through their romantic journey. Wilson told Soap Opera Digest, “He breaks it all down. They’re pretty potent scenes. It’s gut-wrenching for each moment that he starts explaining their story and not to see it necessarily landing behind her eyes, understand who he is, and remembering. He’s hanging onto every last hope with every sentence he finishes of their story. They crafted up a great, little romantic beside tragedy where she doesn’t remember still and it’s gut-wrenching, man.”

DOOL Spoilers – Another Epic Failure

Even though this is another failed attempt to get Ciara to remember, fans shouldn’t worry too much. Whether Ciara recalls her love for Ben or not, “Cin” will ultimately have a happy ending. It might not be today, next week, or even next month. It might take an entire year, but they will get there somehow. We already know that Wilson confirmed the couple will go through more hurdles in the future. So, it’s not a matter of if they end up back together, but when.
