Nicole plans on going out with EJ DiMera (Dan Fuerriegel), a person whom she was involved with many years ago. However, Brady knows all about EJ and begs Nicole not to make another colossal mistake but will she listen?

DOOL spoilers reveal that Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) is currently dating Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). However, Rafe and Nicole have feelings for each other. While Rafe is kidding himself by thinking they are “just friends,” Nicole has been open about her real feelings. Despite how she feels, Nicole doesn’t want to interfere in Rafe and Ava’s romance. Nicole is friends with them both, so she has decided to keep her distance from Rafe.

When that doesn’t seem to work, Nicole’s next strategy is to forget about Rafe by getting involved with someone else.

Nicole doesn’t have her sights set on EJ yet. However, he is thinking about her. EJ keeps telling Nicole how much he appreciates receiving Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) letter. Nobody else told him that Sami DiMera (Alison Sweeney) was having an affair with Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo). Even though Nicole only gave EJ that letter out of revenge, EJ is still grateful.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that during the week of September 27, EJ will find out that Nicole has feelings for Rafe. However, that’s not going to stop him from asking her out. Nicole might explain why she can’t be with Rafe or she might not. In either case, Nicole is going to accept EJ’s invitation to go out on a dinner date.

As executive producer Ken Corday teased to Soap Opera Digest, Nicole uses EJ to get over Rafe. Or, at least, she will try her best to forget about the man she loves.

When Brady finds out that EJ and Nicole are going on a date, he isn’t going to like it at all. Brady is concerned about what will happen to Nicole if she gets involved with EJ again. Brady tries to persuade Nicole to cancel the date, but chances are she will go out with EJ anyway. She is a desperate woman trying to forget the man she loves.
