Days Of Our Lives Updates – Camila Banus Looking For New Job
DOOL spoilers reveal that Banus posted on Twitter and Instagram that she is available for work. This comes as a shock to fans. Everyone is already reeling over the news of other core characters leaving the soap. Even though Gabi is a villain, she is still a fan-favorite, so this is really distressing news.

DOOL Spoilers: Other Fan-Favorites Leaving
Banus’ announcement comes shortly after it was confirmed that Chandler Massey (Will Horton), Freddie Smith (Sonny Kiriakis), and Galen Gering (Rafe Hernandez) are all leaving the soap. Their exit storylines have not been revealed, but they are all leaving around September 2020. This is the same time that we will reportedly see Gabi for the last time.
Fans are understandably upset. They are bringing new characters onboard, but core cast members are either quitting or being written off. If this continues, there won’t be any original cast members left!
Although Banus didn’t reveal the reason for her exit, there is speculation it’s about money. The soap already has a low budget and renewal negotiations took longer than expected. It is likely that the actors had to take a pay cut and not all of them are okay with that.
No Reunion with Stefan DiMera
Days of Our Lives future spoilers reveal that fans were hoping to see a “Stabi” reunion. Now that Brandon Barash has returned, he is playing Jake Lambert instead of Stefan DiMera. However, viewers are convinced that Jake is really Stefan. Right now, there is a storyline in which Gabi is determined to find out the truth.

There is no chance of Stefan/Jake and Gabi having a forever love story. We don’t know how Gabi will leave. She might go to prison or could move away. She was passionately in love with Stefan and seeing “Jake” with another woman might be too much for her. There is also Abigail DiMera (Kate Mansi) being drugged, which everyone thinks is Gabi’s fault.
With Emily O’Brien coming on board in a mystery role, fans also suspect that she will be Jake’s former love interest coming to claim her man. She might battle Gabi for his heart and with Banus leaving, perhaps the new female character wins. We will just have to keep watching to find out what happens next.

When Gabi leaves.. Ill stop watching days..
I see the show being DONE and not being renewed.
We can adapt to a new Gabi. We have gotten use to other changes of characters and learned to love them.

I am horrified at this news. I absolutely love Gabi!! She won’t be Recast! With Rafe leaving Probably dying, there is no reason to keep her on the show. She has no Relatives on Days Left! Camilla is one of the Best Actresses on DAYS!! They MUST be RUNNING OUT OF MONEY FOR SURE!!!

Camila never confirmed her exit from Days. All actors continuously look for work so I expect to see her on the show beyond September. People need to stop reading foolishness into someone’s tweet and look for the truth. She never said “Guys just want to let you know that I’m leaving Days. My last episodes will air in September.” Until she does post that she’s on the show. Contracts can be negotiated if that were the problem but it isn’t because Camila posted this later…
“I have been self taping auditions since 2005…ummm why is everyone having a cow?” Banus tweeted on Saturday, with a gif that looks to show frustration.

I looked forward to watching every day until now. I sadly stopped now that Ben is being tortured to kill Ciara. There has too much violence lately put into the show. The Horton Family is gone! And now that all the favorite characters will be leaving, we will be in need of a brand new show. Spin it off somehow with less violence. There is enough in this world right now.
For one if Gabi is leaving then why did she renew her contract for another year, just a little over a week ago! That just doesn’t make sense!!!!!! That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard in my life!!!!!! I know that Days of Our lives will never go off air, because they have been saying that crap for over years now! They will never cancel the show!
