Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Chad Accuses Gwen Of Drugging Abigail – Demands Truth About Stefano DiMera Connection?

NBC Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates reveal that Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) may have a mystery to tackle. DOOL fans know Chad wanted Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) to be the one who drugged Abigail DiMera (Kate Mansi). Chad suggested maybe it was easier than thinking about the alternative, which is that Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) ordered someone to do it.

It’s possible there are lingering effects of the mind control Chad was under. Chad could be to blame for Abigail’s hallucinations if he drugged her and doesn’t remember doing it. However, that’d be something Chad would have to find out later.

In the meantime, Days spoilers say Chad may start thinking about other potential culprits who could be working for Stefano. Could Chad do some digging and settle on Gwen (Emily O’Brien) as a possibility? Let’s consider what we know about Gwen so far.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers -Jake Lambert’s Big Fight

After Gwen and Jake Lambert’s (Brandon Barash) huge fight, Gwen took off with some of Jake’s prized possessions – including the book he stole from the mob. That led to Jake chasing after Gwen, but the trail went cold in Salem. Gwen was eventually found hiding out at Bayview, but there are two important things to consider here.

The first one is: Why Salem? Chad might wonder if Gwen wound up in this particular town because she was hired to drug Abigail. The second issue is the timeline. Abigail was drugged just before Jake showed up – and that was just after Gwen checked herself into Bayview. Chad may come to the conclusion that Gwen might’ve drugged Abigail before heading to the mental institution.

Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) may also fall under Chad’s suspicion, but she seemingly wasn’t in Salem at the time. Vivian also doesn’t usually take orders from anyone, so Days of Our Lives spoilers say Chad might look at other suspects. Since there’s still a lot we don’t know about Gwen, Chad might point the finger at her.

Chad might doubt Gwen’s claims that she had no idea about all this Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) drama. Gwen faked a breakdown, so she’s a pretty skilled liar. Chad may push Gwen to admit she has a Stefano connection. Of course, if Chad’s actually at fault for drugging Abigail, Gwen may not have a clue what he’s talking about.
