Days of Our Lives Spoilers reveal that Chad Dimera (Billy Flynn) will blame himself for EJ Dimera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) shooting.
Chad didn’t shoot EJ himself, however Chad allowed Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) to publish his article about all of EJ’s crimes.
The article certainly stirred up some passion among EJ’s enemies. Unfortunately, everything that Leo published was the truth.
Chad Dimera Is The Editor Of The Spectator
Chad did not have to publish Leo’s articles against EJ. However, it is rather hard to not publish the truth knowing that the paper would be ridiculed and accused of trying to protect EJ if he didn’t.
Chad tries to make sure that the truth is posted in the paper no matter who is involved. Chad cannot be responsible for EJ’s actions.
EJ has been over his head in crimes for years. EJ’s career has been built around his criminal behavior and he has gotten away with it.
The only time EJ was not involved in the criminal activity of his family was when he was held by Dr Roth (Richard Wharton) and when he was being treated after he was discovered. EJ has become worse than ever as he gets older. Chad allowed the truth to be told.
Did Leo Stark’s Articles Lead To EJ Dimera’s Attack?
There is no proof that the articles were what caused EJ to be attacked. In all honesty, without knowing who the shooter was, it is hard to even speculate on this.
EJ kidnapped Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), but here is no proof thanks to EJ’s secretary disposing of him after they put Rafe back in his house.
EJ ruined Rafe’s relationship with Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) by framing her as a dirty cop. Arnold Feniger (Galen Gering) was all too happy to do this for EJ even if he wasn’t wanted there.
EJ was in a world of trouble before the article came out. Chad blames Leo’s article for escalating the situation that lead to EJ’s shooting.
EJ Dimera Was Furious With Chad Dimera
EJ had even called Chad out about the article because of all the trouble it caused. The article did nothing but point out everything that EJ had gotten away with.
EJ blames everyone but himself for his crimes. Somebody else is always at fault for EJ’s crimes. Let’s be honest, everything EJ does is in retaliation for someone trying to make him pay for a crime.
Chad may love his brother, but he is honest about EJ’s faults. Chad’s brotherly guilt makes sense because he loves EJ. However, Chad is in no way to blame for the shooting. Chad has no doubt seen days that he wanted to shoot EJ himself.
Chad needs to forgive himself and move on because being honest does not make you responsible for someone else’s guilt and neither does loving his brother.

[…] For one thing, right now Rafe is not a SPD cop, although there was some talk about him and the ISA before his unfortunate injury and coma. […]
[…] Next week, expect Belle Black (Martha Madison) to be sitting by EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) hospital bed. […]
I’m disgusted with your writing in this soap if you’re going to split up Jada and Rafe! That is totally stupid and unrealistic. People do t fall in and out of love over one idiotic mistake! You just have to write a little more realistically or fans won’t be able to stay with you! At least I can’t continue to watch if you split them up for such a ridiculous thing!
