DOOL spoilers reveal that Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) is the person who kidnapped Sami DiMera (Alison Sweeney). However, there is no way that Lucas was going to prison for the crime. Lucas wanted Sami for himself but wanted EJ to pay the price for the kidnapping. Even though Chad knew better, he ended up joining forces with Lucas to seal EJ’s fate.

At the last minute, Chad decided that he needed to tell the truth when on the witness stand at EJ’s trial. However, Johnny DiMera aka “JoDevil” (Carson Boatman) made it so Chad couldn’t talk or even breathe on the stand.

Then, to make sure that Chad wouldn’t clear EJ, “JoDevil” impersonated EJ and forced a kiss on Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller). As a result, Chad’s testimony helped convict EJ, which resulted in a 10-year prison sentence.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Belle Brady’s Confrontation

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that EJ is already in a tense situation in prison. EJ’s cellmate just happens to be the same person who ordered his murder several years ago. Even though EJ and Clyde Weston (James Read) will have issues, that’s just the beginning of the DiMera’s heir’s problems in prison. Clyde will work with Orpheus (George DelHoyo) to sabotage EJ.

Meanwhile, Belle is already connecting the dots. During the week of March 7, Belle confronts Chad and asks if he lied at EJ’s trial. Chad might deny it, but Belle is a smart woman. If she’s asking, then she likely already knows that Chad lied on the stand.

DOOL Spoilers – Chad DiMera Faces Charges?

Not only will Belle confront Chad, but others are starting to find out about his perjury. Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) overheard Chad and Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) talk about EJ. Tony was horrified and disappointed in Chad. Tony understands there is conflict between EJ and Chad, but firmly believes that you don’t throw family under the bus.

Tony’s attention soon shifted to saving Abigail. However, he won’t forget about what he overheard. If Belle happens to ask more questions, Tony could be put in a position where he has to admit what he knows.

This could clear EJ, but what about Chad? Perjury is a crime and Chad could face criminal charges. Will Chad go to prison when EJ is cleared? We will have to keep watching the NBC soap to find out.
