Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Claire Tells Eve She Started The Fire

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Claire Brady (Olivia Rose Keegan)Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Claire Brady (Olivia Rose Keegan) will, after a series of frustrating circumstances, confess to setting the first fire that her aunt Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) was rescued from by Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson). She will confess this to Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva), whom Claire has started to see as a mother figure.

Eve, in turn, will use this information to frame Ben for it, therefore getting revenge for Ben killing her daughter, Paige Larson (True O’Brien). Claire will be drawn fully into the plot to frame Ben for the fire, and will stick to her story about finding the lighter at the loft.

She said she used it during her brief smoking period, which was her story to Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) when he originally found the lighter in her jewelry box and questioned her about it.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Eve Donovan A Mother Figure To Claire Brady

Days of Our Lives viewers will recall Claire’s coming to think of Eve as a mother figure didn’t happen overnight. Eve is the one person who has been there for Claire for about the last three and a half years, at least when Eve has been in town. Eve has always taken Claire’s side, even when her parents haven’t been there for her.

When Claire spills her guts about the fire, Eve will promise that she will keep her secret, and then they formulate the plan to frame Ben for it. It’s an easy frame, since Ben has always been the main person of interest anyway!

However, Claire will be crushed as a result of Eve and Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) announcing their engagement at Jack’s political rally instead of playing the tape that was recorded at the Salem Inn of Tripp’s confession that his engagement to Haley Chen (Thia Megia) was fake.

Claire, of course, doesn’t realize that either Eve had the wrong tape with her or something went wrong with the recording, as Days of Our Lives viewers saw in Friday’s episode.

Eve had no intention of not playing the tape, it just happened to be blank and she had to come up with something to announce at the spur of the moment. But poor Claire is so emotionally needy she doesn’t realize Eve didn’t desert her in her time of need!
