It is confirmed that Belle confided to her daughter that it is looking like Charlie will walk without spending a day behind bars. We already have seen Charlie brag to Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) that he never denied sleeping with Allie. Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) also mentioned this to Nicole Walker Brady (Arianne Zucker), that they can’t prove rape… just sex. We saw on Monday’s episode how Charlie told Claire that the police dropped the charges against him.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that next week, Claire will lure Charlie into a trap. She will be furious that the police have let Charlie go. Not only did Charlie lie and trick Claire, but he raped Allie and let Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) take the fall for it. He also knocked his own mother unconscious, held her hostage, and drugged her to the point where she began hallucinating. Claire will want justice for all the innocent people that Charlie has hurt.

DOOL Spoilers – Romantic Trickery Ends Story?

It is teased that Claire will know how desperate Charlie is to get back together with her. She may use this in order to get him to confess. She may seduce him and tell him that she will be his girlfriend again… but only if he tells her the whole truth about raping Allie. Nobody else has succeeded in doing this, but Claire might be the exception simply because of his weakness for her. This could finally end the Charlie story and get him sent to prison where he belongs.
