DOOL spoilers reveal that EJ has been sentenced to ten years in prison. EJ was going to try and escape before leaving the courthouse. However, EJ ends up being transported to Statesville and meets his new cellmate. It just happens to be Clyde, the same man who “killed” him many years ago.

DOOL Spoilers  – Increased Tensions

Head writer Ron Carlivati told Soap Opera Digest that Clyde and EJ would have tension in prison. It will dramatically increase during February sweeps, too.

“EJ is wrongly convicted of kidnapping Sami, and when he arrives in his cell, his cellmate kind of rolls over on his bunk, and we see that it’s Clyde Weston. The significance of that, as a lot of fans are aware, is that Clyde was responsible for EJ’s ‘death’ several years ago, so when EJ comes face to face with Clyde, we finally get to play it out. It will lead to a potential escalation of bad feelings between the two.”

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Saving ‘CIN’ and Johnny DiMera

Days of Our Lives spoilers for February sweeps also tease that Johnny will try to battle the devil, who is currently possessing him. At the same time, Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) realize the devil might not be gone as everyone believes.

Eventually, “CIN” leaves Salem to protect their unborn child. However, before that happens, Clyde and EJ might be forced to team up to protect the ones they love.

DOOL Spoilers – Escape And Redemption

One way that this could happen is that EJ and Clyde join forces to escape prison. EJ was already planning on escaping before arriving at the prison. As for Clyde, fans know that he’s a master escape artist. Clyde has escaped multiple times. So, it won’t be too hard for him to come up with a way to get out this time, either.

At some point, Clyde is going to find out that Ben and Ciara’s baby is in danger. Plus, it is teased that everyone in Salem starts to question Johnny’s out-of-character behavior. Word could get to EJ.

Despite the tense relationship between the father and son, EJ will do what’s necessary to protect his son. However, can Clyde and EJ put their hatred for one another aside long enough to save their families from the devil himself?
