Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Kate Roberts Hasn’t Had A Boyfriend In A While

Kate hasn’t had a boyfriend for a while. She’s had five marriages (two to DiMera men) and nine romances. Most of her romances were with bad boys, and not only DiMera men; she’s been involved with two Kiriakis men too, married to one of them. Some of those romances were with men a good bit younger than she was at the time – is she getting ready to repeat that pattern?

Jake Lambert has been quite flirty with Kate lately, and she seems to be eating it up! He told her she looked good in her robe when he caught her, shall we say, not quite dressed to go out? In a recent episode of Days of Our Lives, Kate came over to Jake’s garage and she wasn’t dressed like she wanted an oil change! True, she had told Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) that she would keep an eye on Jake for him since Chad trusts Jake about as far as he could throw him. She did bring her car in and asked him to help her with it. But their conversation turned to something that didn’t have a whole lot to do with cars! They started to talk about more personal things!

They talk about DiMera Enterprises and why Chad doesn’t like Jake. He said it’s not fair that he is being punished for being the twin to a man that he never met and only recently found out about! Then he talks about Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) and how she wanted him until she found out he wasn’t Stefan, and Kate says she’s gone. Is he going back with Gwen Rizchech (Emily O’Brien)?

Jake says he and Gwen are bad for each other and change the subject. He wants to talk about Kate’s love life! He asks her if she’s ever been in love. She admits she was once married to his father, Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo). She also married Andre DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) but she doesn’t tell him about Andre. He wonders if she’ll ever find a love as she had with his father again. She tells him he’s asking too many questions.

Jake flirts, and smirks as he tells her he wasn’t exactly unhappy having seen her in her robe the other day! Kate starts trash talking to him and Gwen. Jake starts to pay Kate another compliment, but then Chad comes in and asks if he’s interrupting anything! It’s plain that Chad must see something going on there for him to ask that! It’s also plain from Kate’s body language when she’s around Jake that the attraction goes both ways! Will Jake and Kate be Salem’s next hot new couple? She does like her some DiMera bad boy now and then!
