Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Could Ava Vitali Return-Will A Search For EJ’s Attempted Killer Find Her?

Days of Our Lives spoilers and rumors pose the question, could Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) return to Salem? Will a search for EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feurreriegel) attempted killer find her?

Ava Threw A Gun In A Public Trash Can On Her Way Out Of Town

One wouldn’t think Ava would come under suspicion for EJ’s attempted murder-or murder, should he not make it-when she was so open about where she was going.

She packed all her things and said goodbye to Roman and Kate Brady, (Josh Taylor, Lauren Koslow) saying she was moving to where her son Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) lives.

He and Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) had moved to China to be closer to her father and mother following the death of her brother, Li Shin (Remington Hoffman).

However, on her way out of Salem, she pulled a gun out of her purse, and wiped it down good, and threw it in a public garbage can in Horton Town Square. If by chance she was seen by anyone or security cameras happened to pick her up, you can bet she’ll be a suspect!

A Dialogue Clue

As Ava was talking to Kate in Brady’s Pub, there may have been a dialogue clue that she’d be back-she commented she might be, you never know. She made a point of saying there was no one left in Salem, since one son was dead, the other in China and her grandson wasn’t there either.  

But soon, the investigation into EJ’s shooting will begin, and half the town of Salem would be happy if he died. Ava wouldn’t be real upset herself, because even after she and Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) rescued Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) from Edmund Crumb (Adam Caine) EJ made trouble!

But did Ava shoot EJ and try to kill him-that’s another question entirely-but, why did she wipe that gun and throw it away?

Chances Are, Ava Will Be Back-But Not Because She Wants To!

One person she didn’t say goodbye to was Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) but that was likely because he’s still in Estonia looking for John Black (Drake Hogestyn).

However, after that sad search is done and he and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) have answers, it will likely be Steve who goes looking for Ava! She will be out of the Salem PD’s jurisdiction and it will need to be an ISA search.

As it was previously mentioned, should Ava’s pitching that gun in the garbage come up on a security camera, or if she was seen, she’ll be a number one suspect. Besides, a former Mafia princess just can’t catch a break!
