NBC Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that as District Attorney Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) wants to eviscerate Kristen DiMera, (Stacy Haiduk) Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) wants to take the blame for Victor Kiriakis’ (John Aniston) stabbing!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Kristen DiMerta Went On The Run After Stabbing Victor Kiriakis In A Rage

Viewers will recall that Kristen went on the run after stabbing Victor in a rage! This was right after she found out that he and Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) had swapped her live baby for Sarah Horton’s (Linsey Godfrey) dead baby in the hospital nursery. This charade had gone on well over a year before it was exposed.

Sarah went on the run with the baby, not wanting to give her up, and Kristen caught up to her in France, where she was able to convince her to return little Rachel Black (Emma, Kate, and Miller Kamienski). However, when Kristen was first told that her long-longed for the baby girl had died, she went into a blind rage, accidentally pushing Haley Chen (Thia Megia) to her death down a flight of stairs. It is this incident that DA Melinda Trask tears into Kristen about in the new extended preview promo.

Kristen is sitting in the interrogation room at the Salem Police Department, and Melinda enters, vowing to make Kristen pay for her daughter’s death! Brady, after previously trying to get Victor to drop the charges and failing to do so, decides to plead guilty in Kristen’s place. However, he does challenge his grandfather to back up his charges with more than his word!

DOOL Spoilers – Kristen DiMera Doesn’t Want Brady Brady To Take The Fall

Kristen really doesn’t want Brady to take the fall for her, but he tries to anyway. He moves forward with his plan to plead guilty in her place, but then Belle Brady (Martha Madison) tells him the DA rejected his deal. This is prior to Melinda storming into the interrogation room, and Kristen and Brady get a heads-up from Belle that Melinda is the prosecutor. Kristen panics!

She doesn’t know what to do, and will be tempted to go on the run again – if she can get out of the handcuffs and the Salem Police Department! Kristen struggles, realizing she may go in prison and not be able to have the life she dreamed of with Brady and their child. However, Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers), furious with her new husband Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) over his betrayal of her and arrest of her friend, is still at work behind the scenes.

Lani and Eli manage to make amends, and no one else except Kristen, other than Brady, know about Kristen’s confession to Lani. She had confessed to Lani about stabbing Victor but Lani is still keeping that secret, and Kristen realizes that without Lani’s testimony, it is all hearsay. So she holds out some hope of acquittal, but also remains in fear, knowing that Melinda is out for revenge because of Haley!
