Days of Our Lives spoilers and rumors tease that Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) might pull off the ultimate twin swap to mess with Gabi Hernandez’ (Camila Banus) head. Just because Gabi’s with Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) now doesn’t mean she just forgot about her late husband Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Kristen might know a secret – he may not really be dead.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Jake DiMera Killed, But Stefan DiMera Alive?

The DiMera family is headed for another loss according to some insider leaks, and it looks like it’ll be Jake DiMera right on the heels of Chad DiMera’s (Billy Flynn) losing his wife Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller). Chad and Jake finally had begun bonding as brothers when he reached out to comfort Chad in his time of loss. Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) once again will try to comfort a devastated Chad as he loses his brother on the heels of losing his wife.

But even though Jake’s persona and his body may be gone forever, his face may not. Kristen may know that Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) swapped Stefan with a double, using a Stefan mask. So it wasn’t really Stefan’s heart that was transplanted in Julie Williams, (Susan Seaforth Hayes) it was the double’s.

DOOL Spoilers: Dr. Wilhelm Rolf May Have Rescued Stefan DiMera To Resurrect

At the time, Rolf claimed he couldn’t do anything for Stefan, but he did manage to help Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow). There had been a toss up whether to donate her heart or Stefan’s to Julie, but Rolf may have found a matching donor at the last minute. Recently it was revealed on Beyond Salem that Megan Hathaway DiMera (Miranda Wilson) kept Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) in a cryogenic chamber until he could be resurrected. She would have had to have pulled off some kind of last minute body switch, and Rolf may have Stefan in such a cryogenic chamber as well. EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel) was brought back to life in the morgue.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Kristen DiMera And Wilhelm Rolf Break Out Of Prison

During the week of July 25 Orpheus (George Del Hoyo) pulls off his prison break, and several villains escape; Kristen and Rolf are two of them. It’s possible that Jake is killed by one of the escapees, and Kristen will have her chance to play with Gabi’s head when Rolf is able to bring Stefan back into play. Whether Jake goes on ice is anyone’s guess, but with him being considered the inferior DiMera perhaps not – Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) won’t like that plan.

But if Stefan’s alive that will be a panacea for Vivian and a bunch of sick fun for Kristen. Stefan will give Li a run for his money and might tell him to stay away from his wife, because Gabi will no longer be a widow.

DOOL Spoilers: DiMera Devlish Doings

No matter how this plays out, there will definitely be some DiMera devilish doings in Salem very soon. Any DiMera has the genes to become a Phoenix, even though Kristen, who’s adopted brags about being one. Her older adoptive sister Megan would definitely dispute that; being a DiMera by blood. Kristen seems poised to pull off the ultimate twin swap when right after Jake is killed, she brings back Stefan in his place.
