Belle had a hard time getting the image of Shawn and Jan in bed together out of her mind. Belle knew that Shawn had no reason to suspect that Belle really wasn’t herself. The last thing Shawn expected was the devil to help Jan impersonate Belle.

In the promo clip, Belle hints that her marriage is in trouble again. There is even a flashback scene showing Belle asking Shawn an important question. The lawyer wanted to know if Shawn actually did the deed with Jan or not. Eventually, Belle was able to forgive Shawn.

Jan is well-known for concocting schemes in order to get what she wants. Just because Jan has a baby bump doesn’t necessarily mean she is actually pregnant. So, Belle will probably want proof, such as seeing a sonogram and getting a doctor’s verification.

Then, there is the issue of whether the baby is actually Shawn’s or not. If Jan’s baby was fathered by Shawn, how will Belle deal with this? There is always a chance that this is another one of the devil’s tricks, though. What do you think is the real story behind this?
