DOOL spoilers reveal that EJ is trying to get over Sami DiMera (Alison Sweeney). Although some viewers believe that EJ had Sami kidnapped, the actor implied to Soap Opera Digest that’s not the case. In fact, EJ thinks that Sami changed her mind and decided not to come back to the mansion to win back her husband.

One way that EJ is trying to get over Sami is by moving on with someone else. That person is someone from his past, who just happens to be Sami’s number one enemy, Nicole.

During the week of October 4, EJ and Nicole won’t be the only ones who go out to dinner. Rafe and Ava also spend an evening together. Both couples have an awkward run-in, so they must end up dining at the same restaurant at the same time.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that if both couples end up at the same restaurant, they probably won’t be sitting next to each other. However, they could be positioned in a place where Rafe and Nicole will be able to see one another. EJ will expect Nicole to pay attention to him but the only person she will have eyes on is Rafe. Meanwhile, Ava will immediately notice that Rafe isn’t paying attention to her. Instead, Rafe’s eyes will be on Nicole.

If this happens, then Ava will probably have enough. She has played second fiddle to Nicole for long enough. EJ might also get irritated as he expects anyone he goes out with to give him their full attention.

DOOL Spoilers – Romance Switcheroo

A while back, a short video from the set ended up being leaked. It showed Ava and EJ together and the DiMera heir didn’t have a shirt on. So, this suggests that EJ and Ava end up getting together. Then, there were the new promotional couples shots that the soap invested in. Rafe and Nicole were posing as a couple in those images.

So, with two dates ruined, it could provide a way for Rafe and Nicole to be together while EJ and Ava might end up in their own romance. The question is what will Sami do when she escapes captivity and finds her husband in Ava’s arms? We will have to keep watching the NBC soap to find out.
