EJ has found himself under the weather and his doctor has called him in a prescription. However, spoilers suggest that more people in Salem will die because of Coriseal exposure.
Of course, EJ was recently confronted by Devlin St. John (John Oliver), the very crooked water inspection who tries to blackmail EJ for money.
EJ is aware of the tainted Coriseal pills and the fact that they were disposed of on Smith Island. Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) was exposed to the arsenic and almost died from it.

All Of The Tainted Drugs Aren’t Gone
Spoilers suggest that there are still tainted drugs out there since a patient from the hospital died not too long ago. Of course, it has also been suggested that many others will get sick and the water inspector confirmed this would be the case.
Will EJ somehow end up with tainted water or could someone make sure that he gets tainted drugs to try to get rid of him?
EJ believes he is the new Stefano Dimera (Joe Mascolo) and he is about to start having some major issues with his mind from what has been suggested. This could be something EJ has been brainwashed with.

EJ Dimera May Be Exposed To His Own Poison
EJ may have made sure that Holly got help after he learned of the arsenic in the well on Smith Island, but he also framed her as a drug user.
How ironic would it be if someone decided to give EJ a taste of his own medicine and use the drugs to get him out of the way? After all, fans knows someone is working behind the scenes to carry out Stefano’s plans.
Could someone decide that EJ is in the way and use his illness to poison him with the tainted drugs produced by Dimera?
No one knows who this person is or why they are watching the people who were mentioned in Stefano’s will. Is it time for EJ to get a taste of his own poison and ending up in a fight for his life?
